I tried to use the Data Links and Actions as described here Configure data links and actions | Grafana documentation
I created a table with some data in there and made a setup with two data links and two data actions. If i click onto the link the small popup-window just shows the two data links but the two data actions are missing (see screenshot
Anyone an idea whats wrong here?
what grafana version you are using , i am using grafana latest version in this version there is no option see ie. add action.

i trying to use data actions in grafana tables.
If you want to open a url or website , use data links not data action. for data actions can be configured to perform various tasks, such as navigating to another dashboard, triggering an API call, or updating data within the same panel.
and aslo mention in my screenshor how data action are shown and pop up occure when click on google.
Yes, i wanted to do an API call (POST) within the grafana tables. And at grafana tables it doesnt show me the data actions links as shown in my screenshot in my first message
I guess actions were removed:
might want to look at this plugin since actions have been removed as @jangaraj pointed out
