I have tried to create an action link in a time series. A simple HTTP GET. The URL of the action link works fine on the command line of the Grafana server (via wget).
However, the action link does absolutely nothing. There is also no indication in the logs of the server in question that a URL has been called.
Which version of Grafana are you using? Grafana has removed this functionality in its new version.
