There are two questions I met:
1, I really want to display the keys when choosing the variables in dashboard, rather than the values. So, how to add custom value alias or define the key/value variables in templates?
2, I found that the custom variables is not effective in “Value groups/tags (Experimental feature)” function. I really want it to be supported. Because it is inflexible only by query of elasticsearch. I wish I can make the custom tagname(from custom variables).
My datasource is elasticsearch. And the grafana is 4.4.3.
