    Trying to build some panels and alerts with data from Snowflake

    The panel works just fine but when the alert is built we just get tan error, shown in the error question below.

  • What did you expect to happen?

    I am not able to as it contains proprietary information

Error: tsdb.HandleRequest() response error &{Could not apply macros: interval: 0s. unrecognized interval unit Could not apply macros: interval: 0s. unrecognized interval unit A [] [] 0xc0025aadb0}

We had the intervals set to Evaluate every 6h and the condition set to query(A, 6h, now) as far as timing. I have since updated it to be the defaults on the new monitor and I have note had the error so maybe it’s something to do with how long a window that can be used? I’ll keep playing with this on my end as well.

Also worth noting that 7.4.5 uses legacy alerting, which is getting deprecated in favor the completely rebuilt Unified Alerting, which was introduced in Grafana 8. Might be worth checking that out:
