Color by field not working properly when using influx as source

  • What Grafana version and what operating system are you using?
    10.3.1, Fedora 38

  • What are you trying to achieve?
    My bar chart should have a different color depended on the sun attitude

  • How are you trying to achieve it?

  1. In “color by field” i set “sun attitude” from the sun and moon plugin.
  2. I set Value mapping to 11-15 and color to purple.

  • What happened?

    The bars keep yellow, despite the sun is between 11-15 °

    Here as datasource Grafana with Query type random Walk was used. The bars are purple, as they should be.
