Choose random dates from date time selection header

We have built a KPI dashboard for HVAC using Grafana. The KPI panels show data based on “Date time range” selection. However we have use cases to show data for different dates, and not the range. E.g. I wanted to show KPIs for 3rd, 7th, 9th from November and 4th and 5th from October.

How can we achieve this?
