Changed org name not reflected in URL

I renamed my org. Mostly everything worked as expected. But when I open “My Account” on grafana.com, I am still redirected to https://grafana.com/orgs/$OLD_NAME and manually opening https://grafana.com/orgs/$NEW_NAME gives 404.
Any ideas?

Hi @cwichering - while you can rename the Grafana Cloud stack name and Grafana instance URL, the account name (org slug) cannot be renamed in the customer portal at this time. Please open a support ticket to confirm what you’d like the new name to be and we can rename that for you.
