I want to change the time zone for mute timing(screenshot 1 attached) from UTC to ET. The objective here is to mute alert from 9 AM ET to 5 PM ET. I tried doing in UTC from 22:00 UTC to 14:00 UTC to match ET time zone but I am getting error(Screenshot 2 attached).
Can anyone please assist me on this?

Hi! 
Mute timings have to be in UTC. If you want your mute timing to cross a day boundary in UTC you should create two separate mute timings: one for each day.
Can you please give me a example how to write it if I am looking to configure the mute time from 22:00 UTC to 14:00 UTC that is 9 AM ET to 5 PM ET.
I was not able to add 00:00 for 12 midnight.

Well I am a little confused because 9AM ET is not 22:00 UTC? 9AM ET is 13:00 UTC, and 5PM ET is 21:00UTC, so wouldn’t the mute timing just be this?
Sorry I was looking to mute the alert from 5 PM ET to 9 AM ET next day so on UTC it will be 22:00 to next day 14:00 .
I am adding +5 hours for conversion.correct me if i am wrong.
I think ET is UTC-4. If you want summer time EST then UTC-5.
Here is an example of a mute timing from 5pm Saturday evening to 9am Sunday morning in ET (UTC-4).
Mute timing 1: Saturday 5pm to 7:59pm is 9pm to 11:59pm UTC:
Mute timing 2: Saturday 8pm to Sunday 9am is 12am to 1pm UTC:
I appreciate it’s a poor user experience to have to do all the offsets in UTC 
I think also there is a 1 minute window between 7:59pm and 8:00pm where no mute timing is in effect.

Any update about the timezone location?
I can see the “location” dropbox, but the behaviour is quite ambiguous.
Time range must still be in UTC - so what is the use of the location?
I think that the another problematic behaviour with using UTC only time range is dealing with DST.
