Change Time Range of a Dashboard Using a Variable

Hello,
I’m a Brazilian developer and im in a new project using grafana and influxdb to create a Production Dashboard
But i want to create it using a variable to change the range time , for example:
in the field VARMES ( see image bellow) i would like to choose “January”, and the dashboard Time Range changes to 01/01 to 01/31

Can someone help me? im tryng to use the clause WHERE to this, but dont work

Actually, I have the same question.
I haven’t found anything yet, but I’ll let you know when/if I do.
