Cannot get Zabbix plugin to connect

Hi, I have recently installed Grafana cloud version 7.3.3.
I have also installed and enabled the Zabbix Plugin version 4.0.2.
However when I try to add the data source and click save and test I am greeted with the following message “Post “https://server_IP/zabbix/api_jsonrpc.php”: net/http: request canceled while waiting for connection (Client.Timeout exceeded while awaiting headers)”

Could anyone please help me and point me to where I am going wrong? I am a complete newb at this and could really do with some guidance.

I am a newbie on grafana et I encounter the same problem. I download the lastest version of grafana and the zabbix plugins is on version 4.0.2. Yet I can’t access the api for zabbix. Yet it used to work, Can someone help with this issues please.
