Can I have two different units for y-axis

I have requirement to show number of iops and latency in the same graph. I need iops unit on left side of y-axis and latency on right side. I see the option in axes, tried it and yet it is displaying only iops unit on left y-axis.
Also, the legend shows iops unit for all the queries even for the latency. Can I choose the units for the queries as well?
How to go about this.
