Can Grafana and Prometheus work like ELK?

Hello,
I have seen in some articles that ELK was used to monitor Windows file servers. For example, ELK received reports from the Windows operating system and showed which user created, deleted or modified which file. Is the same possible through Grafana and Prometheus?

What programs do I need for my purpose? For example, I need Grafana for visualization, Prometheus for data collection, and something like syslog-ng for sending logs.

did you read the documentation for alloy? read the docu then when you have questions implementing it in windows post back.
