Is there a way to configure grafana to allow viewer users to only add annotation to graphes, without making them able to edit everything with editor’s permissions ?

We have 100+ viewers using dashboards daily, they are the people that know about the data and best to annotate, but allowing them editor permissions could be disastrous.
Leave this decision to the responsible for the project. Restricting it is not the way forward. Annotations are very useful to work with.
