Is it possible, to install this Plugin
into the Grafana cloud? If yes, can someone do this for me (of course, for a fee).

Unfortunately this is not possible on Grafana Cloud. Unsigned plugins are not supported in Grafana Cloud → the akenza-io/grafana-connector-v3 is not in the official Grafana plugin catalog, so it cannot be installed regardless of who does it or what fee is paid.
Your options
Self-hosted Grafana → run Grafana yourself on a VPS, server, or Docker where you control the configuration and can load the plugin manually.
Grafana Data Source Plugin | akenza.io
Use akenza’s own hosted Grafana → akenza offers their own Grafana installation with the plugin already pre-installed. No self-hosting needed. Contact them at: akenza | About us

I saw Sliplane - and made a testaccount. Grafana works.
What dou you think: Is it possible there?
