AGPL Licence requirements for contained image running seperately

So we have a software distributed over a network which uses Grafana in an unmodified form.

It is a static linking with Grafana. no other component. It is an contained image running separately from application with shared memory address space.

Would this considered as the use of a modified version of Grafana? We are concerned about this and ofcourse will comply with the company’s interpretation of the license.

Which licence are you distributing this software under?

It is intended to be a closed proprietary license. We haven’t released for use because we are checking for compliance rn. We don’t want to share source code. If it helps, the application is not dependent on Graf so we will remove it. We only use the Grafana dashboard.
