Zabbix 4.3.1 is not compatible with Grafana 9.2.10

  • What Grafana version and what operating system are you using?
    Grafana 9.2.10 , Operating system : RHEL 8.9
  • What are you trying to achieve?
I want to use the zabbix plugin and bring data in Grafana 9.2.10
  • How are you trying to achieve it?
I installed alexanderzobnin-zabbix-app 4.3.1 plugin in RHEL8.9 (using grafana-cli as well directly download as zip file and unziped)where Grafana is running. After the installation, we restarted the grafana instance .We are getting error in the grafana UI as “Plugin not found, no installed plugin with that id”. We checked in grafana.log . we see the error: Could not find plugin definition for data source. Kindly help.

Please, try using the latest version of the plug-in which is 4.5.4. It should work just right.

Hi, I downloaded as zip file [alexanderzobnin-zabbix-app-4.5.4.linux_amd64.zip] and unzip it and moved to my grafana server and restarted the grafana instance. Still I get the same error.Plugin not found, no installed plugin with that id.
If I try to download the plugin directly from the server, I get the below error
[root@XXXX]# grafana-cli plugins install alexanderzobnin-zabbix-app 4.5.4
Error: âś— alexanderzobnin-zabbix-app v4.5.4 either does not exist or is not supported on your system (Grafana v9.2.10 linux-amd64)

Hi, can you please suggest me some other solution

Did you tried to do a grafana-cli plugins list-remote maybe with a | grep zabbix to ensure what’s being supported on your server?

[root@XXXXX plugins]# grafana-cli plugins list-remote |grep zabbix
id: alexanderzobnin-zabbix-app version: 4.3.1
I have installed the same plugin. Now plugin is visible in grafana. But Grafana–>datasources–>Plugins–>Zabbix shows me error: This plugin is not published to grafana.com/plugins and can’t be managed via the catalog.Disable

Sorry, but I really got no idea here… if you can, try to upgrade your Grafana Server Version.
