Variable not getting interpolated at runtime

Hi,

I am trying to use the runtime value of the time variable ${__from:date:iso} in a variable and it is not interpolating. The value is getting interpolated fine in the panel.
Please see attached examples.
What should I resolve?

You have them in value separated by comma instead of putting it in query
