Update variable from panel

Hey,

I am looking for a solution to update a variable from panel. In my case, custom variable is available for the viewer to enter a limit to filter the result for a given timeSeries chart. I dont want to put this textField to the top of the dashboard, instead I would put this input field next to the chart.

In general, when I have multiple panles on a dashboard and I would like to provide a parameter for a given panel, I don’t want to put this variable on the top of the screen, because it is not related to all panels, only one of them.

Can I ask you some idea, how to update / edit a variable from a panel?

this is very useful:

lets you put the variables next to the required panels

and then you can reference them as you would normal variables
