Update multiple organizations without changing variables

Hello everyone,

I am currently managing a dozen of organization in which we deployed a couple of dashboards in a dedicated folder which is named the same between those organizations.

These dashboards are identical between the organizations (even the uids) at the exceptions of the variables and the data source. Is there a way to copy the updated dashboards from the development organization in the other ones without having to manually correct these variables and data source in each organization?

Dashboard provisioning problem with data source uid

Create datasource type variable and configure it so that it will select exactly that one datasource by name, which you need. So you can have my-prometheus-org1,my-prometheus-org2,my-prometheus-orgX and: [image] Then used that datasource variable in panels. Thanks, that solved my datasource problem, and for the constant variable I am lucky because it is the ${Datasource:text}
