Unable to link template to a contact point

Hi Community

I am deploying grafana in K8s cluster via helm. Below is my ConfigMap for contact points and notification template

I am mounting the ConfigMap as below

I can see templates under notification templates.

However I do not see them linked to the contact point as defined in contact point.

Due to this, I am alerts are not being published as per the template. please suggest solution here.

message and template should be part of settings in contact points
