To contribute in xk6-temporal extension

Hi All,
I am using xk6-temporal to run workflows concurrently to check the temporal health. But i am unable to connect with temporal server which has been deployed in different cluster. So i need certificates to connect with server. Made some changes in client.go program in xk6-temporal repo after cloning into my local and able to connect with server. i want to contribute the same by forking xk6-temporal repo but it is archived. Can anyone unarchive it/ can i contribute into this repo atleast: GitHub - mstoykov/xk6-temporal: k6 Extension for testing/benchmarking Temporal.

@mstoykov @mstoikov please do let me know.

Hi @prmmuthu , sorry for the slow reply.

Just to say it here as well as in the issue
xk6-temporal is a community made extension that has no input from the k6 team and isn’t in anyway supported by it.

I had a fork as I do make mass updates across extensions when possible to fix problems, especially when we need to break something or somethign has broken outisde of our control.

By the looks of it the original creators of the extension have archived it which usually means they won’t work on it anymore. And as pointed above I or the k6 team never worked on it and that is unlikely to change.

If anyone is interested in it - it is probably good idea to contact the original maintainers and/or fork and work on it separately
