What Grafana version and what operating system are you using?

What happened?
when i miniaturize the panel to minimum height, as you can see (left below), some part of panel still doesn’t disapeared. these parts are: Alias name and annotations & alert lines
do you think you could try and replicate this on our public sandbox, https://play.grafana.org?
