Templating. Query per each host

Hello, I need help to don’t have to do the same query multiple times. I have a variable with a list of all my hosts and I want to select which ones to display on the graph. But when I select more than one the result is a sum of the metrics of each host and I want the metrics separately.

How can I do that? This is my query:

I’m sorry, group by tag(host) was missing and I had tried with tag(/^$hostname$/) and obviously, that’s doesn’t work.
