Tabs to organize visualization

  • What Grafana version and what operating system are you using?

  • v9.5.1, Windows 10 Ent

  • What are you trying to achieve?
    Organize different visualizations using tabs, currently “rows” is the only apparent way of doing it but you have to close other rows to keep one row visible. In case of tabs, only the ‘current’ tab would be visible.

  • How are you trying to achieve it?
    Not able to achieve “Tabs” format / organization.

  • What did you expect to happen?
    Feature not available

Yes, currently we have support for the rows to organize the panels. But using tabs could also make the experience better.

This definitely sounds like a feature request and for that, the best place is to use our GitHub Discussions where you can open it using this link.

Define your use case (like you had defined here) and try to provide as much detail as possible to get more upvotes and attention from the community and the engineers.

Once you created the request, paste here the link so that we can also add more detail into it.
