I need to retrieve the grafana alert to a panel other than alert panel.
Eg: If I have to monitor a server CPU, Memory & DISK. I will set some alert parameters for it.
Once it crossed the threshold an alert will show in the alert panel and I need to retrieve it to the Server status panel
like a single stat panel and change the color to green or red.

If the threshold(s) on the Stat panel were configured to matched the alert parameters, then when the parameter crosses a threshold, the Stat panel color will change and an alert will show in the alert panel.
Keep in mind, however, that the thresholds generally just limits being exceeded, while alerts can be much more complex.
