Hello,
is it possible to create a simple panel in Grafana Cloud for adding posts - e.g. about visiting the dashboard? I have thoroughly searched the available panels and plugins, but I have not been able to get anything working. I would like to do it as simply as possible, I looked at the Data manipulation plugin but I don’t know anything about REST APIs etc.

Where would this data be saved to?
I don’t really care where the data will be stored, I thought ideally even without using a database - to store it in something similar to a text panel in the dashboard. Of course, the best would be a panel with a message field and a send button. Please suggest a suitable solution - as simple as possible to deploy, but user-friendly. If it is necessary to use a database (or Google Sheets), please also suggest.
