Shared crosshair doesn't work on route geo map

What Grafana version and what operating system are you using?

• Grafana v11.3.0 (d9455ff7db) on windows 11 Pro using Firefox as browser and using the azure data explorer plugin for getting data.

What are you trying to achieve?

• I have two panels, a geomap with route layer enabled and a time series graph. I want use shared crosshair on both panels.

What happened?

• The shared crosshair on the geomap locks on the end point of the route and it will not move based on the position of the crosshair in the time series graph. I added screenshots to illustrate.

I found the solution. The route layer needs the data to be sorted by time. This needs to be ascending, instead of descending
