Hi Team,
I have defined a template for my email alert notification(Screenshot Attached) on Azure Managed Grafana
when getting an email I see there is a default Grouped By section on the top (Screenshot Attached) which is not linked to the template and I want to remove this section.
Can anyone please assist me on this?

I having the same issue as well when I ungrouped the email. Does anyone know how to remove that “grouped by” section at the top?

You cannot remove the “Grouped by” via notification templates, only the the text inside the HTML email table.
You can edit the HTML email template (ng_alert_notification.html) itself.
However, this is only possible in Grafana OSS and is NOT recommended.
