Hi so I’m new to the Grafana community and the application in general. I noticed that you can use a query variable name in the title by using $variablename. I was wondering if there was a way to access the same variable dropdown that’s in the dashboard but put it inside a panel’s title instead using some similar command in the panel title?
Thanks.

I guess my big question is: Is there a way to change what query variable value we’re using in the cycle view mode where we can’t see the dropdown?

Hi @shres and welcome to the Grafana forum.
Unfortunately no. But you can vote it up and/or add your feedback in either of the links below:

**What would you like to be added**:
I would like to have the ability to move v… ariables around a dashboard. For instance, if I wanted variables to be vertically left-aligned or right-aligned, etc. rather than just lined up horizontally across the top.
**Why is this needed**:
My use case is that I want to create a series of user inputs to generate a dashboard and without having the ability to line up the variables the way I want to, it is confusing and cluttered at the top of the dashboard.
