Problem saving the dashboard with the "Text" plugin in html due to IE and Chrome browsers

Hello, when I save my “Text” panel with html code, it gives me an error:

I just understood that there was a problem with the IE and Chrome browsers

I work with my company’s license, I don’t know if this has something to do with it, I don’t understand why it does this

where are you running the grafana server? On your local machine?
