Plot time series graph for multiple key value from log line

i have a log line similar to below
Products are grouped into groups: PD1-7 PD2-13 PD3-11

in above statement groups is derived from a map which can very from size. I am looking for any pointer on how can I plot time series graph for show all groups at a particular time, similar to below
