I’m on grafana cloud version and I’m try to create my datasource to my MySQL remote instance.
From my client on my notebook, everything connects perfectly. On the host server, into my cpanel, I specified hosts from which it is possible to receive connections (alencappelletti.grafana.net)
But I always get an error during test. It tells me to look at the grafana logs… ok clear… but which I could do if it was my docker version or in my bare metal installation. I’m on cloud version… so where and how do I figure out what error it is?
I’ve inserted in my white list… this url:
- %.grafana.net
- src-ips.hosted-grafana.grafana.net
But nothing changed…
I read on another post here in the community that only Grfana Staff can access to the cloud log… naturally…
