Could you please advise on how to proceed? Specifically:
- Is there a way to complete payment via an alternate method (e.g., payment link, bank transfer, or invoice portal)?
- Can your team confirm whether 3DS authentication is required and whether it can be bypassed or re-triggered for this transaction?
