Payment Declined on Indian Crefit card

Hi Grafana Billing Team,

Thanks for the notice. We’ve been trying to pay invoice #INV237320 ($5.07), but every attempt fails with the error: “We were unable to process your credit card. Try again or use a different payment method.”

The card is valid and active, so this looks like it may be a 3D Secure (3DS) authentication issue on the payment gateway — the verification step doesn’t seem to be triggering or completing on our end.

Could you please advise on how to proceed? Specifically:

  1. Is there a way to complete payment via an alternate method (e.g., payment link, bank transfer, or invoice portal)?
  2. Can your team confirm whether 3DS authentication is required and whether it can be bypassed or re-triggered for this transaction?

We’re keen to settle this promptly and avoid any service interruption. Looking forward to your guidance.

I recommend you to login to your Grafana Cloud portal and there is Support section, where you can create support ticket.
This is community forum with occasional visit from Grafana employees. You will be better to work with your Grafana Cloud support in this case.
