I am trying make a enhanced version of the worldmap plugin.
I have managed to change layers, projection etc but the time series data (in my case tabular from postgresql) data will not show up in both my version of the worldmap and the original version if in a panel togehter. Sometimes the data shows up in my custom panel and sometimes in the original panel.
To try to figure out what the problem was I made a new copy of the worldmap plugin, modified only the plugin ID, plugin name and some references to the plugin location.
The same thing happens.
Why do these plugins interfere with each other - do they share a common resource or bind to a common data source that can not be shared with other classes?
Any tip on what is going on is highly appreciated!
