Only one row maximized in dashboard

My use case:

I’m using multiple rows to show graphs and stats, every of these graphs has multiple queries below and doing summarising and other transformations of data…

Is there a way to configure that only one row can be visible?

So I would like to have only one row expanded on my bashboard (if i select some different row the one allready opened should collapse)

Collapsing or making row invisible?

If Collapsing then it implies there is something under the collapsed item

If making invisible then how can you select something invisible?

Can you mock up what you want using a tool like paint or drawing tool?
