Only 3-hour logs can be queried

Let me add some more details about my configuration. I read the documentation Changes to default configuration valuesand made the necessary changes based on it. However, I’m still only able to query the logs for the past 3 hours within the Grafana interface.

  replicas: 3
  maxUnavailable: 1
  query_ingesters_within: 0s

If you are only able to query 3 hours of logs, it most likely means your querier cannot connect to your backend, whatever backend you are using.

Please share your full config.
