Not able to see Azure log Analytics API and APPInsight details in Azure monitor data source

I am using open source Grafana 8.0.6 version and when i am trying to configure Azure monitor data source, i am not finding options to add log Analytics API and APPInsight API details in Azure monitor data source.
below is the image on what i see.
