No data in dashboard with windows exporter data

Hello,
I installed windows_exporter on a Windows server and when I type the Windows server IP address with port 9182 in the browser, I see the metrics, but why does the dashboard (ID 10467) show the information like this?

Almost all fields are No data. What is the problem? Is anyone else having this problem?

Hello,
I don’t know if this is correct or not, but I had used the () symbol in job_name and when I removed these characters, the problem was fixed!
I think using illegal characters in job_name is causing this problem.
