I am trying to achieve a consistent dashboard metrics for a windows exporter dashboard -

We are using Linux VM for Prometheus and have windows exporter installed on Windows VM -
What happened?
The Windows Exporter Dahboard shows some VM with all metrics, and some with ‘no Data’. Sometimes it is very intermittent for some VMs and some VMs permanently show ‘No Data’. The metric in question are ‘Memory Usage’ and ‘Total Memory’ -
What did you expect to happen?
A consistent dashboard
In the screenshot attached, for PCADAPP01 we have all the metrics showing but for PCADAPP02 we have ‘No data’ for Memory Usage and Total Memory just shows ‘Total memory’ instead of used and total as compared to PCADAPP01
