Mute Time Interval

We are using a Grafana Enterprise but the Mute Interval Feature is not enabled somehow. How will be able to enable it?

  • Can you copy/paste the configuration(s) that you are having problems with?

  • Did you receive any errors in the Grafana UI or in related logs? If so, please tell us exactly what they were.

  • Did you follow any online instructions? If so, what is the URL?

Do you try to configure mute timings for Grafana alerting or an Alertmanager data source (you can see it in a dropdown in top right corner of the page.
If it’s a data source, then you need to make sure it’s Mimir Alertmanager because Prometheus Alertmanager can only be configured via config file.

If it’s Grafana alerting, make sure user has enough permissions to edit alert notifications
