Move Library Panels from General to another folder

Grafana v9.2.3

Hello,
I can move dashboards to a newly created folder.
Is this also possible with the associated library panels?

Today, you cannot move a library panel to a different folder. Here's how it work…s. - Create a dashboard - D1. - Put it in a folder - F1. - Create a library panel - L1. - Library panel L1 will forever live in folder F1. Except - when you: - Move dashboard D1 to folder F2. - Library panel L1 also moves to folder F2 without any user action regardless of whether or not it is used in other dashboards in other folders. This exception is odd and unexpected. We should either 1) give users the ability to move library panels to different folders (which opens up a host of potential permissions issues but could be addressed through warnings/messaging) or 2) remove the odd "workaround".
