Migrate server to a Docker container

I have a Grafana server running on Linux which uses a single InfluxDB database source.

I would like to copy the data and dashboards to a better server but switch to running Grafana in a Docker container.

Is there an official document for this process or can someone point me in the right place for simple step by step instructions?
