What troubleshooting steps have you taken? Have you determined some probable causes for Loki to not respond?
We have increased the memory and CPU of our instance. But I wonder log volume is not too much. I think it’s over provisioned. Also monitor the CPU usage but it was never reached more than 66%. Memory usage was also minimal.
