I have installed Loki on my server. i added the datasource in Grafana and it shows alerting supported:
I can run queries against Loki as well and it works:
However, when I go to alerting I can’t create a Loki alert:
How do I enable this?
Anything? Need to figure this out
Anyone? No one knows why this is?
It seems to be not supported with the local rule storage type, which is the default for the Loki data source. Other types (like azure, gcs, s3) might work. I’m facing the same problem with a fresh Loki, installed with Helm.
