Linking login to my own API

Hello, I am trying to login using my own API so logging in using the credentials I have in my API so with the username and password of my API.
Is it possible to do so?

I mean at the login screen where you normally put admin as username and password I need to link my own API for the login so when my users can login by putting their own credentials stored in my API at grafana login screen. Will this be able to achieve that? Thank you
