I ran below command on Ubuntu
sudo gpg --no-default-keyring --keyring /usr/share/keyrings/k6-archive-keyring.gpg --keyserver hkp://keyserver.ubuntu.com:80 --recv-keys C5AD17C747E3415A3642D57D77C6C491D6AC1D69
Error message I received:
gpg: keyserver receive failed: No keyserver available
Kindly request for some help installing it please!

It seems like the key server isn’t available for you. Are you using an HTTP proxy?

I am very sorry to be responding so late. As you mentioned right, I am using HTTP proxy.
The error resolved after enabling the proxy details.
