Issue with Grafana Alerts Triggering on NoData

Hello community,

I am facing an issue with Grafana alerts. Even though I have configured my alerts to avoid sending notifications when there is no data, Grafana is still sending NoData alerts.

Here’s what I’ve configured:

• I’ve made sure that alerts only trigger when there is data.
• In the alert conditions, I selected “OK” for “If no data or all values are null”.

However, alerts are still being sent even when there is no data. I don’t understand why this is happening.

Could anyone explain why this occurs and how I can fix this issue?

Which version of Grafana are you using?

Okay, I’ve already configured it. Now I imagine I won’t receive those types of alerts, right? Only if there are real errors?
