Issue with dashboard_version table constantly growing causing the grafana.db to become very large in v6.2.2

Hi,

We have noticed that since updating to 6.2.2, the dashboard_version table is constantly growing causing the grafana.db file to become rather large. It appears to only be dashboards that are provisioned, so maybe they’re constantly being re-provisioned? This occurred exactly when we upgraded from 6.1.6 to 6.2.2.
