Is there plugin availabe allowing to name and separate rows sections

Hi,
As in subject. I would like to separate rows to sections. E.g.
Server stats:
row1
row2
row3
Server KPIs
row4
row5
row6

I was using Text panel for that, but there is a small problem - when you expand row3, and colapse it - text panel becomes part of row 3, so it disappears. Maybe there is some way to “lock” this panel between rows?

what I did, but between rows it does not work as expected - see my initial question. Is there another panel allowing to anchor it between rows?
