Is Open Source Synthetic Monitoring available in Grafana

I have requirement on Synthetic monitoring using Grafana. I found in many forums that it is available in Grafana cloud(paid) with combination of synthetic monitoring ,promotheous and loki datasources.

so is there open source version available for synthetic monitoring in Grafana as the promtheous and loki data sources have already setup and available.

it seems like it’s only for cloud.
